Sub-processors

1. About This List
This page lists the sub-processors Overten (LSL Group INC) engages to provide the Service, as referenced in our Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy. Each sub-processor is contractually bound to protect data at least as strictly as we are, and processes data only to provide the service listed below, not for their own independent purposes.

3. International Data Transfers
These sub-processors may process data in the United States and other countries where they or their own sub-processors operate. Where personal data is transferred from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland to a country not deemed adequate by the relevant authority, we and our sub-processors rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms, as described in Section 14 of our Privacy Policy.
4. Updates to This List
We will update this page when we add or remove a sub-processor. Under our Data Processing Agreement, business customers may object to a new sub-processor within 30 days of a notified change. To be notified of updates or to raise an objection, contact us at info@lslgroupinc.com.
